Cannot Boot – Black screen after XP loading

My problem is very similar to:

Didn’t really did any installs afaik, but shut down. Next day I powered on, the above problem. Safe mode is no good. Last file displayed loading is the kl1.sys (I believe it is Kaspersky).

I checked ntbtlog.txt. kl1.sys loaded. tdi.sys loaded. It stopped loading at the ACPI Uniprocessor driver.

I have been messing a little …. Still no good. I seem to be losing my bootcfg now.

Any help?
