I have a small peer 2 peer network plus DSL modem connected to an 8 port Fast Ethernet Switch. Network has always worked fine in past – same cables / switch etc. Moved to new location and added new computer (all XP Pro with SP2).

No idea where the tunnel settings come from.
Laptop has much simpler setttings – and works in network
IP Address: 192.168.1.99
Subnet mast: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway:
The PC will talk to the ADSL modem – but to nothing else on the network.
Network wizard used 100’s of times. Ipconfig release etc used. No joy.
I cannot talk to the PC!
When I try to set Ip addreses automatically – I keep getting an IP conflict with another computer on the netwrok error.
Any ideas?
