Cannot connect to the RPC Service (Hyper-V)

I am getting the above error while using hyper-v manager on my windows 7 machine. I have 3 hyper-V servers and all 3 expiernce the same error at different times. IF i am working on a machine i will get disconnected with the RPC Error. I am seeing an error “The WinHTTP Web Proxy Auto-Discovery Service service entered the stopped state.” on all 3 hyper-v servers. Could this be causing the issue? Any possible solutions?
