Cannot ‘Cut & Paste’ or ‘Drag & Drop’ !

Anyone any ideas why I cannot cut & paste or drag & drop in windows 95? A client of mine has recently reinstalled Win95 OSR2 and now cannot use any clipboard functions. Most bizarre… I have seen this before in the past, but I’ve always solved it with a fresh OS install. As he has just reinstalled Win95, I’d like a better solution, or at least an explanation, if there is one.
