“Cannot find file…” & docs disappear

We are receiving an error “cannot find the file ‘/idlist,:0:2736,\\%domain controller%\net logon’ (or one of its components), make sure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available” when ever a user logs on to the network.

when a user creates a document their document is not saved, it disappears.
