Cannot Find File Error/How to Fix it?

I have Windows 2000 Professional, and use the internet for school. I have a software called SAM/TOM for testing. I got through the first module with no probelm, and the first pre-test of the 2nd module with ease. When I attempted to take my next test I got this error: “Cannot find the file C:\Documents and Settings\sue\Local Settingsd\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\89YZ01ER\content_interface[1].sif” Now I am unable to take any of my exams. Is there a way to correct this?
