cannot find open on right click menu

hello. thank you guys for everything you are doing

please i just noticed that when i try to open my c drive by right clicking and choosing the open or explore option, both commands are missing on the right click menu. they have been replaced by some unintelligible characters [?c@$! or something similar]. though the command is executed when i chose those replacement but i fear it might be caused by a virus and i will like to correct the command names to normal.

please i realy need your help urgently.
