Cannot find Screensaver on W2K.

I can’t seem to find the properties for the screen saver on a few Windows 2000 PCs. I can invoke the display properties window but the Screensave tab is missing. However, I can ctrl+alt+del and lock the PC just fine. Help, has anyone come across this before?
