Cannot locate shared printer on network

I have a local network of 5 PC’s. All using XP Pro SP2. One PC has a HP color deskjet 4550 installed localy via LPT port. All pc’s are in the same workgroup. I shared out the printer and double checked that all the groups including everyone group had full permissions. For some reason when I try to connect to the shared printer from the other PC I cannot locate it. I tryed the browse feature and putting in the shared path. The second computer will pick up the workgroup and the workstation that has the shared printer but cannot locate the shared printer. Any ideas would be great I’m sorta stumped here.
