cannot log to domain

I tried to troubleshoot my internet connetions to our PC, i used one PC(spare and join to company’s domain) to reconfigure the router using this PC. Now this PC cannot log on to our company’s domain and even as the administrator access is being entered prompted invalid log-in or domain is not available, though i check the network it’s working fine. How can i get this PC back to the network domain? Thanks.
