Cannot ping from Mac Client to MS Windows 2003 Server

How can i connect Mac PC to Windows 2003 Server using IPsec VPN tunneling…I tried but it just establishes the VPN connection and not pinging to the server….All ports are open and user is permited to use it through SonicWall firewall…plz tell me the solution
