Cannot ping server HELP!

ok a small network here 10 computers, the server can ping all of them, they cannot ping the server

all firewalls are off.
checked DNS/Subnets
It is a workgroup network called GE.

the cable company replaces our modem yesterday.

Server has 2 network cards 192.168.1.49 and 192.168.1.200

3 computers im working with have IP’s of 192.168.1.119, 192.168.1.100, and 192.168.1.121
all on the same workgroup.

trying to get shared files up and running asap any thoughts????
