Cannot Re-Connect to Win2K server after move

Just moved my IT Department to a new building, didn’t change a thing except moving a switch to the back office connected by fibre. All Ip port settings etc. have not changed yet all PC’s across the fibre link cannot access Win2K server. They can access 2003 servers but not the onw Win2k server. Any ideas, seen this before?
