Cannot recognize a *.dll file

We installed a software on our server which works fine. So, we try to run this software’s executable file from another PC by mapping a drive to this server, it reponds that a *.dll file cannot be loaded. We copied this file to local PC’s system32 and still did not work. It should not be about incorrect path to *.dll, it must be something else.
