Cannot see Printers in AD on 2nd server in 2003 Environment

Scenario:
Main DC is a 64 bit Windows 2003 Server.
Second server is not a DC, 32 bit Win 2003 Server.

Printers are shared off the second server and the box is checked (list in Active Directory).

On a workstation anywhere in domain you can browse to the share but the printer does NOT show up in Active Directory (find now).

How do I get the printers to show in AD.

All printers are set to everyone.

When I’ve tried loading the 64bit version driver on the printers on the 32bit version, its says it’s the wrong driver for the OS. (yes I am trying to load the 64bit driver direct from HP for a 1320 among others).
