Cannot spellcheck nor print from Outlook

I can print from all other applications except from outlook Express. Spell check is also disabled and there are no options to enable it w/in outlook. I want to reinstall outlook express but I’m afraid to lose all my folders in my inbox. What do I need to backup and will reinstalling erase my inbox and folders?
