Cannot start outlook

Im trying to run Microsoft Outlook 2007 from an Windows xp PC. The PC is on a Windows 2003 Server network. The server runs MS Exchange 2007. Outlook fails with an error:

“Cannot start Ms Office Outlook. Cannot Open Outlook window”.

I have tried what others are running which is “outlook.exe /resetnavpane”, it does not work.

Any idea how I can get around this?
