Cannot Update Windows/ page cannot be displayed error, Help Please

I cannot update my Windows, All windows web pages say they cannot be displayed. Other programs like anti-virus and spyware cannot connect to servers to update. i checked my winlog file and one of the lines said :Fatal Error- Failed to load Wuaueng-0x8007045a. I tried registering some of the dll files and that did not work. I have nothing blocking the windows website, Please help, Thanks
