Canon i860 Turned off – Won’t turn back on!

Hi – I was just printing – stopped to put a new black ink cartridge in – shut the cover the the power button went out – now the printer will NOT turn on. I checked the power strip, the connections on both ends, nothing has changed…ANY IDEAS? Can’t figure it out!
