Canon iR C3380i missing trays, finisher on Win2K Terminal Server

We have all our copiers setup on a windows 2000 print server. When people Remote Desktop to one of our Windows terminal servers, the copiers get mapped over to their session on there. The only problem is that on our iR C3380, it doesn?t show all the paper trays for the big finisher part off the side.

On the local workstations and print server, everything shows up as expected. Any ideas how to get everything to show up on the terminal servers?
