Cant access download

Hello,

i cant access microsoft download for update.
Some time ago it was possible.
One man here told me i can try check
%systemroot%\system32\drivers\ hostfiles,if there is not virus,which can changed direction to ip adress microsoft downloads.

I checked this suggestion.Searched pc for this
%systemroot%\system32\drivers\ hostfiles and it found few directories with files.Pc was more searching,but it took too long and nothing,so i stopped it.

Only one of those directories with files was lately changed.
Its called DrWatson dir and has 2 files:
drwtsn32.log and user.dmp.
What are these files?
I did not find ip adress any,so i dont know.

Could someone help me?
