can’t access my administrator account

Hi gurus
I cant see to access my administartor account on my laptop running on windows XP SP2.all i am left with are limited accounts.what can i do to access my Admin account as all my files and folders are stored in there.
I still used the administrator account the previous day and was doing some configuration with the account policy using security and analysis snap in.I cannot remember the configuration i made but it was saved.
how do i access my account from this limited user account i have. please help.
