can’t boot up or get into bios

i just got an Aopen mk7a DDR mother board ,i’m putting a new system on it but i can’t get it to fully boot,it won’t detect the the floppy drive so thats no help and i can’t get into the bios to change to boot order …and yes i reset the bios about 30 times, it seen the ‘a’ drive a few times through trial & error but i tried every boot disc knowen to me , and it says insert system disc & push any key …..also i tried 3 diffrent flopy drives so thats not the proublem ……hmmmmmmm PLEASE HELP …….rodneydekam@chartermi.net
