Can’t browse Network Neighborhood

I have Win98SE on a Dell 1GigHZ pc. When I try to browse Network Neighborhood I get nothing. I have 7 computers, 4 printers that I can ping the address and get a 10ms response. I can access this pc from any of the other pc’s with no problem. This PChad been on the network for at least 1 year. Any help is greatly appreciated.
