Can’t connect shared folder other domain

I replaced a Win98 Pent II Win98 client PC with a new Athalon with XP Pro. I used RC Relocater to move the data and applications and then set the TCP/IP static address, mask and domains to the same as the original one. It is in 192.168.2.xxx and some are in 192.168.7.xx. It will not let two other PC’s in another domain connect to it’s share folders. The other PC’s of the other domain are and were Win XP Pro. It does PING them and they can also PING it, but it will not let them connect to it’s shared folders, set at share with all. What is stopping the connection?
