Cant connect to DB server behind VPN server

I have recently set up a VPN connection for myself to my office, and can access the VPN server, but cant access the DB server on a different machine behind it. Everyone else can access it from their VPN from home, yet I cant. The router is already configured for VPN access, as well as the server. When I view the network after accessing the VPN server, I can see VPN server and access the files on that, but the DB server does not show up.

Any thoughts?

This is all XP and Server 03 based by the way.
