Can’t create ERD

I can’t create an ERD because my SystemRoot\repair folder is 2.5 mg. I have also been occasionally crashing on Hal.dll.

I have upgraded to sp6a, but it hasn’t done it for me. I’ve tried repairing from the hard drive. However the NT repair ishardcoded to read from the A drive (regardless if the A drive is enabled or disabled).

Any suggestions other than reinstalling NT would be greatly appreciated.
