can’t do anything in Sharepoint Central Administration

Hi:
I just deployed a sharepoint server on a fresh win2003.

I have successfuly run the SharePoint Products and Technologies Configuration Wizard, all update has been completed.

But I can’t do anything in SharePoint 3.0 Central Administration. It can dispaly all pages, but when I try to update the site it just does’t work (Like create a new web site, add new document library)

And there is no any applicaiotn error in the event log.

Please help!
