we have a family pc, the kids have their screen names, my husband and I each have our own and we are the adminstrators. He downloads too much from limewire and just as I told him, he got a virus. He used hp restore and downloaded new virus software so everything seems to be working now except for his old folder, he created the same user name for his windows acct but it created a new folder instead of using his old one, actually it did for mine to but I was able to copy everything out of mine, his folder is locked, I tried an unlocking utility but it doesnt work and I emailed microsoft but got no response. Does anyone know how to get his foler opened? We have a business plan under his screen name that we really need to recover. . .not sure if I need to take it somewhere or if I can do this myself. Also in addition to the software I tried a password management software and of course booting in safe mode. . . if you can help THANK YOU!!!
