Can’t get my HP LaserJet P 1505n to print remotely on Sonic Wall Global VPN

In installed the HP P1505n locally and printing fine. Our IT guy installed the drivers on the remote system and can’t still can’t print remotely. All documetns get stuck in the queue instead of printing. In addition, each time I log in remotely, it adds the printer to the system again. Any ideas.
