Can’t install Network Printer on XP home

I’m having a problem with adding a network printer from a Win2K Server on my Win XP(Home Edition) when I log into my domain.

The XP Add Printer Wizard doesn’t seem to detect the network printer on e server.

This problem doesn’t occur on my WIN XP (Professional) and Win2K(Profesional).

Why is this so ? Help pls. tks !
