Cant join win xp to the 2003 domain.

I cant join win xp to the domain. there is 7 pc already connected in the domain but when I add another in the domain there is error message(“The domain cannot contacted” something like that. I can ping the server and also I access it through remote desktop. My server has 2 LAN card(built in). I dont know if there is effect if there is 2 LAN installed. But i disabled it already. Please help me!
