Can’t log on www site from my network!

I have set up a new wan w2K single domain network 5 separate sites connected by frame relay). I set my internal domain as xxx.ca, the same as the external www.xxx.ca. Now that the network is up and running, I can’t access my www (external site). Keeps trying to come back to itself (internal). I tried setting a www site in DHCP and a pointer in DNS but same happens. The internal network is already setup and the domain name can’t be changed….. any ideas???
I can dialup to another ISP and I have no problem reaching my www site.
