cant login xp pro

I got my self into trouble. I had working xp pro system. I am when I try to log in I get error .. a problem preventing windows from accuraley checking licence for the computer comes up. then goes to logon screen. I tried login as admin , safe mode, and use last good config to boot up. all in vain.. what can I do with out restall everything. thanks..alex
