Can’t open file ppt

Hello!
I had a problem with the Power Point. Recently did an upgrade. Changed motherboard platub video card and hard drives too. After transferring the data from the old hard drive to the new, it was found that the files do not open Power Point.
All software is the same as it was. Not only open these files. For me is a mystery how this happened. Perhaps an error occurred while copying files. This is not critical for me to lose these files. But even so, I would like to restore them.
Please tell me a way to restore them. Maybe there is some kind of program? I already tried to recover using a standard data recovery. It did not help.
