Can’t ping ISA Server 2006 After Installation

Hi,
I have installed ISA Server 2006 with the following internal IP range 192.168.0.0 – 192.168.0.200.

From the ISA Server I can ping all the machines and can’t ping the ISA Server from other machines. Besides that where do I start configuring ISA Server? And how?
