Can’t print from laptop to desktop

Hello folks, I am Mike and here is my problem.

I have a desktop with 3 printers connected(each with a specific use). I also have a laptop with 1 printer connected.
I would like to access my desktop printers from my laptop. I was able to do this a while ago until my system crashed.

I have a routed connected. .So if someone can give detailed instructions on how I could accomplish this I would be forever grateful.

But I really do need help!
