Cant print from outlook 2003

Hi guys,

I have this user that cant seem to print from outlook however printing is still possible using other applications. The printer connected via a network. Usually a print popup box to select printers will appear, however, this is not such a case for the user. Anyone has any solution for this? much appreciated.

Update: I notice that pop up from IE cant be displayed too.
