Can’t print through jet admin

The problem I’m having is I have a Network printer set up through JetAdmin and only one of my users can’t print(Windows NT). The printer icon on the computer pops up in the bottom right corner of the screen but looks ghost-like. I receive the spooling message saying that the printer has finished printing yet nothing comes out of the printer. I can ping the printer and I have tried unistalling the printer and installing it plenty of times. I also uninstalled and installed networking. This NT machine can print to every other printer on the network through JetAdmin except this particular printer. All other users can print with no problems to this printer. I also switched the lan line with a known good line and same thing. I ran out of ideas so if any of you have some, let me know please.
