Can’t RDP to Server 2003 SP2

by dgagne . Updated 15 years, 10 months ago

I have a client that RDP’s to the server locally to do some work. Recently, I had her get off the server, and cloned the drive for Disaster Recovery purposes. I put the same drive back in the server and restarted. Now RDP does not work. I have tried it from many other PC’s with many other OS’s, and different users, and no luck. I checked netstat -a and the port (3389) is listening.
I have also checked the standard setup for RDP and everything seems fine. There are no other sessions open and Terminal Services is configured correctly (just in case, I compared all Termal Server settings with an identical system\server where RDP works fine). I have exhausted all I know…anyone seen this before?

Btw…the user is able to RDP to any other system configured for RDP..so it’s not the client credentials or PC. I have also disabled any firewalls and services for the firewall (McAfee). McAfee is also running on other servers configured the same way and they can connect fine.
