Cant Receive Emails from certain domain.

I have Exchange Server 2003 SP1. I am receiving emails from most of our customers. I have 2 customers that I know for sure can’t send emails to our server. They get no error message and get a delivery receipt from their mail host saying it was delivered. Can anybody tell my why this all of a sudden happened?
