Can’t remote

Hello I cant remote to this pc. I change the listing port, added the port to the firewall, I have enabled remote desktop on the computer, assigned the pc to a static ip, and forwarded the port on the router as I have done for other pcs in the same building but when i try to remote it says I can not. However the others connect fine.
