Cant remove Symantec from Pc

Hi this is nivas working as hardware engineer in a private concern.I installed symantec in our pcs which are in network, while i try to uninstall now i cant remove it from some pcs. While uninstallation it is asking the password, even if i give the right pwd i got the msg as password incorrect.
