Can’t reslove Event 8021-Browser error

I had done all steps sugested in Q135404 but I stil have Browser errors (event 8021 and 8032).

Server is W2000 and has three net cards, but only one is bound to netbios (it is LAN connection) and other is only raw TCP/IP for Internet connection.
Error is reported on LAN endpoint and is saying that backup browser is unable to retrive data from master.
Master browser is wery near (in lan sense) and has connection without any other problems (for ex. AD is replicated with high perf.).
