Can’t see PC in XP Workgroup

Recently added another pc to a wireless home network. The new pc is in the correct workgroup, tcp-ip and file and printer sharing installed. This new pc can connect to the network and internet over the wirelss network.
Howvever, when I go to “View Workgroup computers,” all show up except the new addition. If I go to cmd and type net view, I see all pcs except the new one.
I have run the netowrk and wirelsess network wizrds multiple times. The new pc continues to access the shared internet connection but I cannot browse to it on the network. I cannot access the printer that is installed on the new pc from the network. Any ideas??
