Can’t see total RAM

What is the command or utility to total check memory on NW 4.11 I have 256 installed in my NW 4.11 and the server only see 66 meg. I’ve installed the lastest service packs. I been experiencing lock-ups and I wanted to install more ram, but I noticed only 66meg is used out of 256meg.
