Can’t see Wireless network

I have a wireless network of about 20 computers (95&98 machines) in a school connected to a NT 4.0 server in a wired computer lab. Everyone has a static IP address and there are various workgroups on the wireless side. I can see the server from bothsides. Why can I not see the wireless side of the network from the hard wired network?
