Can’t start NetLogon, No Browser.dll

I was called in to recover an NT server that would not boot, NTOSKRNL missing, the server had no back up and no ERD.

I ran the repair process but could not locate a Repair Directory, so I copied the ERD from another server and used it. An cannot access the drive outside of NT it appears to be formated NTFS.

It is now booting but cannot start the netlogon service and givens an error message that Browser.dll is missing.

How can I get over this problem given that the drive cannot be accessed without NT.
