Capacitor replacement????

I have a KVM switch that blew a capacitor. I am looking for the replacement, but I lack the know how.
The specs on the bursted capactor are as follows:
220?F 16V
UEC
-40+105
It’s girth is about the size of a straw and it’s 2 cm long/tall. It isalso black with gray lettering and a gray stripe.
