A have Windows 2000 installed now on the same hardware as Windows 98 before it. I have captured and edited video using ATI All In Wonder 128 card. Now it makes on w2k problems.
For using new ATI Multimedia Center 7.1 I had to install DirectX 8.0a with Video update. Then I had to install new version of video driver for ATI (w2k_r128_5_13_01_192.exe). Everything seems to work good. But:
When starting to capture from TV Player (doesn’t matter from which connector and to which format) then video screen becomes a little darker. After about half a minute it becomes normal again. In the captured movie is then first half minute of video fine and after it the screen quickly loopes in one small set of frames ! Several rows in top of the screen andcomplete audio track is fine.
Where is the problem ??
